Scotland Weekly Issue #11

Dear members, we hope you have enjoyed your time in Second Life, if not at least in Scotland.

We have put in lots of efforts to make sure you do and this weekly is part of our efforts to reach out to you. If you have any suggestions regarding the sims or this weekly, do not hesitate to send a notecard to Lacy217 McLuhan (sim) or Randal Kline (Scotland Weekly).

RENTAL NEWS
a) We have 2 mid-size cottages @ Kahlo for a weekly rental of L500 with a prim limit of 75. One of those can be upgraded to a large castle if you wish to do so.

b) There is aslo 1 small cottage @ Kahlo for weekly rental of L300 with a prim limit of 50 prim.

c) If you are looking for a romantic getaway skybox suite with your love one(s), we have one ready for 24-hour rental!

d) The new BARRAS STREET MARKET, at the main sim, has some spaces for your small vendor systems and signs. Rental is available by the prims at L10/week/prim.

e) We also have a Wedding Chapel and a nice Reception Area over at Kahlo (86, 64, 24). There are different packages to suit all your needs

COMING EVENT(S)
a) Trivia contest is being held on every Sunday 10 AM SLT in Nessie's Pub. L$5 will be given out for every correctly answered question.

b) This Weekend's Celtic Ceilidh will be on 6th May 2007 (Sunday) @ 11AM SLT at Nessie's Pub.

c) Regular Weekly Celtic Ceilidh at Nessie's Pub will still be on every Monday @ 6PM SLT.

d) The Cetlic Fashion and Merchandise Show scheduled for 17th June 2007 @ 12 noon SLT is still on. We are currently making preparations. More information will be posted once we have them.

e) Grand opening of the Eilean Donan Castle on 19th May 2007 will be postponed till further notice.

f) There will be a SCOTLAND SIM MEETING for anyone that is interested to attend. This will include members of Scotish R Us and Lacy's groups. This meeting is being called to discuss the future of the Scotland Sims and the direction we want to go and project. It will be held on Sunday 13th May 2007 @ 10AM SLT at Kahlo's Pipeband Stage.


WHAT'S NEW
a) Apart from this weekly, you can also visit our blog (http://sl-scotland.blogspot.com) for ad-hoc events and news.

b) We have added more freebies to the new BARRAS STREET MARKET. Check them out, you might find something useful there maybe.
